How do I take the test once I receive the kit?
Visit us in-store: Purchase your kit from Kings Pharmacy, Cotteridge, B30 3EE (Tel: 0121 433 3072)
Register: Register your unique barcode on our website.
Collect: Collect your sample by swabbing the back of your throat for 1 minute.
Send: Return your sample to the lab in the original box, which has a guaranteed next day pre-paid return postage.
When will I receive my results?
We will send you your results via email within 24 hours from the day the laboratory receives your sample.
*We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier delivering your sample back to the lab.
Does the test check for past COVID-19 infection?
No, the test can only detect if you were infected with SARS-CoV-2 at the time you’ve collected your sample. The test does not check if you have been infected with the virus previously.
I need a fit to fly certificate, when should I take my sample?
Please ensure your sample is taken within the time frame requested by your airlines, and that you return your sample to the lab on the same day using a Guaranteed Next Day delivery shipment label.
